By purchasing a ticket you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t comply with these Terms & Conditions will make your ticket and transaction void.
1. TICKETS:
1.1. There is a limited number of tickets on sale. When the event is sold out, it is SOLD OUT and we are unable to issue more tickets.
1.2. Admission to the event will be by tickets bought from this platform only, for the time and date specified.
1.3. Tickets must be presented at the gate on a mobile device as an email or as a QR code within your Charity Hive account. If this is not possible, a print out will be accepted.
1.4. After a ticket is purchased a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. If you can’t see one, please log into your Charity Hive account and your ticket will be displayed in the MY TICKETS section.
1.5. Reselling your ticket for profit or commercial gain is not allowed and the ticket holder will be refused entry.
1.6. If you can not attend the event, you can ‘GIFT’ the ticket to someone by logging into your Charity Hive account and go to your tickets section and insert the name you are gifting it to with their details. This can only be done once.
1.7. For the safety of visitors to the event, FWA reserve the right to refuse admission.
1.8. All children u18 years must be accompanied at the event by a ticket-holding and responsible adult parent/carer.
1.9 In purchasing tickets, parents/carers agree to being responsible for the children in their care at all times and they should actively supervise them. Any behaviour which poses an inconvenience or danger to the community will result in the child and adult being asked to leave.
2. REFUNDS / EXCHANGES:
2.1. Refunds and/or exchanges will only be offered in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the date of the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
2.2. A refund or exchange must be requested from FWA and can only be claimed by the person who made the booking.
2.3. FWA will make every effort to deliver the event as advertised. However, they reserve the right to make reasonable alterations to the advertised programme at any time and without advance notice and without incurring liability for any refund.
3. PARKING:
3.1. Attendees should not under any circumstances drive along or park in either Hilton Avenue or Bramber Road for the duration of the event.
3.2. In all cases, attendees should ensure they park legally not blocking driveways or they risk being banned from future events.
4. CASH:
4.1. All effort will be made to facilitate digital payments at the event, but this cannot be guaranteed, and cash payments may be required for some stalls and activities. Parents/carers should therefore ensure they bring sufficient change for this purpose to avoid disappointment.
5. PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEO:
5.1. By purchasing a ticket you accept that the school may use photographs/video that includes your child in publicity that reasonably promotes the work of the school, and for no other purpose.
5.2. Attendees agree not take and then share online, photographs or videos of other children (or staff) at school events without permission.
6. OTHER:
6.1 Friends of Wren Academy and Wren Academy make every effort to assess risk and make this event as safe and secure as possible and eliminate/signpost any potential hazards. However attendees should be aware that the area where the event is held is not on a completely even surface in all places and It is incumbent on attendees to be self-aware and cautious and avoid running or moving carelessly around the site and take into account the lighting and general weather conditions accordingly.
